Include a few details so the issue can be checked accurately

Tony Works is independently operated. Messages are reviewed directly by the developer, and no paid support desk or third-party call center is used.

Game bugs and save problems

For a gameplay bug, include the device model, operating-system version, game version, selected mode, and the action immediately before the problem. A screenshot is useful when the issue concerns layout, missing equipment, map movement, rewards, or a message shown on screen.

Do not email passwords, Apple ID credentials, payment-card details, cloud-save secrets, or other authentication information. Tony Works does not need those details to investigate a game problem.

Purchases and restoration

First use the in-game restore option while signed in to the same store account that completed the purchase. If a non-consumable purchase or subscription is still missing, include the product name, approximate purchase date, platform, and whether the store reports the transaction as completed.

Purchase refunds and billing decisions are handled by the store that processed the payment. Tony Works can investigate whether a verified entitlement reached the game, but cannot request your store password or directly alter an Apple or Google billing account.

Privacy and deletion

For a privacy question or deletion request, use the email above and read the privacy policy and data-deletion instructions.

Corrections

Report outdated stats, broken links, incorrect routes, or missing images. Please include the page URL and the value you believe should be checked.

Accessibility

Describe the screen, control, text, contrast, motion, or assistive-technology issue and the device used. Specific examples make fixes easier to verify.

What happens after a report

Reports are compared with the current App Store build, the Unity project, exported site data, and relevant service records when those records are available. A documentation correction can usually be published independently of a game update. A gameplay or purchase fix may require a new tested app build and store review.

The support inbox is also the corrections channel for this website. Developer-written strategy is reviewed separately from exported game facts, and substantial corrections are reflected in the page review date or patch notes. Sending a report does not subscribe the sender to marketing email.
