These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Tony Works ("we", "us") governing your use of the mobile game Infinite Loot Loop ("the Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from.
You agree not to: copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Game except where permitted by law; cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, or tamper with save data, currency, or purchases; or use the Game in any unlawful way or in a way that disrupts other players or our services.
The Game may show advertisements provided by third parties, including optional rewarded ads. Purchasing "Remove Ads" disables standard banner and interstitial ads as described in the Game.
Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is processed and how to delete it. You are responsible for backing up your local progress; cloud save, where available, is provided on a best-effort basis.
The Game and all related content, art, characters, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, virtual items, or profits, arising from your use of the Game. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game or its online features if you breach these Terms or misuse the Game. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple or Google. The respective app store is not responsible for the Game or its content. For the Apple App Store: Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game; in the event the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any), and to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence apply.
