Terms of Service - Infinite Loot Loop and Mossy Tale

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Tony Works ("we", "us") governing your use of the mobile game Infinite Loot Loop and the mobile game Mossy Tale (each "the Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

Mossy Tale (모시 테일 / モッシーテイル) was called Infinite Growth RPG during development and testing. Rules that apply only to Mossy Tale are in section 15, and our business information is in section 16.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to: copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Game except where permitted by law; cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, or tamper with save data, currency, or purchases; or use the Game in any unlawful way or in a way that disrupts other players or our services.

3. Virtual items and in-app purchases

• The Game offers virtual items and currency (such as gold, diamonds, characters, equipment, and "Remove Ads" in Infinite Loot Loop; lutti, GP, boosts, looks, Rune Stones, energy packs and party quest tickets in Mossy Tale). These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you, not sold.
• In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or the applicable store's refund policy.
• Virtual items may change, be limited, or be discontinued, and may be lost if your data is deleted or your access is terminated. Prices and offers may change at any time.

4. Auto-renewable subscriptions

• The Game offers auto-renewable subscriptions. The subscription title, duration and price are shown on the purchase screen inside the Game before you buy, and on the App Store product page.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renew in your device's account settings after purchase (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS).
• Cancelling stops future renewals. The period you have already paid for continues until it ends; partial periods are not refunded except where required by law or by the applicable store's refund policy.
• Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy the subscription.
• In Mossy Tale, the monthly passes are auto-renewable subscriptions with a length of one month: Basic attack +10%, Skill damage +10%, Max HP +10%, EXP +5%, EXP +10%, GP +5% and GP +10%. Each pass gives its bonus while it is active and renews monthly on the terms above; when it ends, the bonus stops and anything already earned is kept. Boosts bought "forever", lutti, looks and "Ad Skip Forever" are one-time purchases that never renew.
• Purchases described as permanent (for example "Remove Ads", characters and diamonds) are one-time purchases that never renew.

5. Advertisements

The Game may show advertisements from Google AdMob and Unity Ads. Optional rewarded ads grant the stated in-game benefit only after the advertising flow reports successful completion. Ad availability, content, and network selection can vary. Purchasing "Remove Ads" disables standard banner and interstitial ads as described in the Game; rewarded benefits and any purchase-specific behavior remain governed by the in-game offer.

Mossy Tale shows only optional rewarded ads from Google AdMob, never banner or interstitial ads. Its "Ad Skip Forever" purchase replaces those ads.

6. Your data and privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is processed and how to delete it. You are responsible for backing up your local progress; cloud save, where available, is provided on a best-effort basis.

7. Intellectual property

The Game and all related content, art, characters, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, virtual items, or profits, arising from your use of the Game. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game or its online features if you breach these Terms or misuse the Game. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. App store terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple or Google. The respective app store is not responsible for the Game or its content. For the Apple App Store: Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game; in the event the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any), and to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence apply.

15. Mossy Tale

These rules apply to Mossy Tale in addition to sections 1-14.

• Your account: your game account is kept on our server and on your device. To keep your progress when you change or lose your device, link it with Sign in with Apple. Without a link we may not be able to recover it.
• Names and fair play: display names must be unique and must not be offensive, hateful, sexual or impersonate others. We may reject or reset such a name. We may suspend accounts that cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with the Game or its server, or abuse purchases or refunds.
• lutti: lutti is the Game's premium currency. Bought lutti are verified and stored on our server and are used only inside the Game. Some lutti are free gifts (for example from mail).
• Random items: some items give a random result, such as the Festival Box and Rune Stones. The odds of every result are shown in the Game before you buy. Random items bought with lutti are not sold on the Belgian and Brazilian storefronts.
• Odds page: the odds of every random item are also listed on Mossy Tale random item odds (English and Korean).
• Festival Box seasons: the Festival Box is sold for a limited season; season 1 is sold until 31 December 2026. After a season ends, the items you got stay yours, and Festival Points can no longer be spent.
• Refunds: refunds of App Store purchases are decided by Apple. When Apple refunds a purchase, we remove what it gave. If refunded lutti were already spent, we remove only the items and benefits bought with those lutti; your lutti balance never goes below zero.
• Mail gifts: gifts in mail are free and must be claimed before they expire; each mail shows how many days are left.
• Minors: if you are a minor, you need the permission of a parent or guardian before making purchases.
• Korea: you may withdraw a purchase within 7 days as provided by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Withdrawal may be limited only under the legal conditions, for example for digital content whose supply has already begun. Your statutory rights for defective or misdescribed content are not affected. Refund requests are made through the App Store.
• Japan: online purchases have no general cooling-off right. Please check each product and the refund terms before you buy.
